With customer's shipping company

1. Register with us by providing your email address. It is important to confirm that we are able to contact you.
2. Once you complete the registration process, you can start searching our site for products you want to sample.
3. Please provide our sales representatives with item number (s) for your sample request.
4. Our sales representatives will send you a pro forma invoice for your sample request along with our bank account information by email or fax.
5. Please provide us with your shipping company's account number (DHL/UPS/FedEx).
6. Upon full receipt of payment, we will send your sample order via your shipping company.
7. You will receive an email tracking number once your sample order has shipped.

With our shipping company

5. Once you agree with a shipping price, we will send you our bank account information by email or fax.
6. Upon full receipt of payment, we will send your sample order via TNT or EMS.  
7. You will receive an email tracking number once your sample order has shipped.
